Updating your cover letter and résumé can be a ’project’ that many of us dread. But there’s no need to dread making over the two documents that can make or break your career opportunities. We all know that the cover letter is the chance to make a great first impression. In a few sentences, you will need to communicate your skills and describe why you are a fit for the job.  Your résumé summarizes your relevant job experience and education.

No one can describe your passion about what you do better than you can. This is why I have created a two-part webinar series entitled “Cover Letter and Résumé Makeovers.” This series will show you how to use words that will make a lasting positive impact on the reader.

If you have not updated your résumé within the last three to six months, you need to register for this webinar.

Don’t get caught in a situation where you have to quickly update your résumé. Remember, you always want to be in control of moving your career forward. Not having an updated résumé may be counterproductive to seeking new career prospects or extracurricular activities.
